Liverpool were arrogant enough to think that their Youth team, with no real first team backup on the bench would be sufficient. I'm in Plymouth later in the week and will be watching Albion on Saturday who are currently enjoying a tremendous run of results...............I have just about recovered from a day at Twickenham on Saturday!!! Yes, congratulations to Argyle. It seems that top level managers never learn! I recall an FA Cup third round match at Old Trafford 20 years ago when Alex Ferguson put out a 'third string' expecting to beat (then) non-league Exeter City. He had to rely on his full strength first team to beat little-old-Exeter in a replay at St James Park! (writing this before the event) I expect Nottingham Forest will not be quite so arrogant on Tuesday evening!
