The Rail Accident Investigation Branch has opened an independent investigation into the incident.

Anyone get a notification from RAIB that are subscribed to their email service? I didn't....
Nothing received from RAIB down here either.

ITV west local news reporting that an incident happened at the depot at the end of September.
