Relief for West Wilts commuters

Looks like the additional 150's will finally be having an impact. Grin

The 06.40 off WEY is normally full and standing leaving Trowbridge at 08.22 and has been for a long long time.

Hi, Tramway. Yes indeed - good to have less overcrowding on the 08:22 from Trowbridge. Does it thin out at Bath, or has it been just as overcrowded all the way to Bristol?

Not a great deal of room left on the roof from Bath, which is why I think the Chronicle and the BBC^» Bristol pages have picked up on it. Unless the Bristol/Bath press have better informants in First than our local press. Wink

Can we look forward to similar coverage from the Wiltshire Times at some point I wonder, bit embarrassing they seem to have missed a good news day. Undecided

After all the good noises from your thread regarding Wiltshire Council supporting rail, maybe a word in someones ear may be appropriate.
