Cashback sites have now added Southern Railway to their books, paying ^2.50 each time.

This offer appears to be per order, with no limit.  Southern sell most point to point rail fares.

Top Cashback (^2.52): http://www.topcashback.co.uk/southern-railway/
imutual (^2.50 plus shares): http://www.imutual.co.uk/rail-travel/southern-railway

So buying a single from Torquay to Torre at ^1.70 on the southern website would earn me ^2.52 cash back!

This offer has now changed to 6.06% cashback with Topcashback,  6% with Quidco and 6% plus shares with imutual. Most other cashback sites are offering around 3%.
