Well, yes to coming off the Bakerloo, but not Paddington. I think Paddington has been 'updated' to a 'National Rail' station. Only 17 years since British Rail was laid to rest yet still the odd sign lingers on!

Sorry, again no.

Looks like 21 needs a further clue. You'll find it between Northumberland Avenue and Bow Street.

16 is an indirect public entrance to a FGW (First Great Western) terminus.

20 can be found in a waiting room at another FGW terminus.
