Only time I use Cardiff bus is when I use the BayBus to Cardiff Bay. Show my FGW (First Great Western) pass and that works.

The other rare times ill have a priv plusbus.

I do not work for FGW (First Great Western) and posts should not be assumed and do not imply they are statements, unless explicitly stated that they are, from any TOC (Train Operating Company) including First Great Western.

The launch offer is for a free card loaded with ^3 credit.  Definitely worth applying if you are visiting Cardiff anytime in the near future.

Which First Airport Buses?
My FGW pass works on the Bristol International coaches and the airlink ones in Dublin. Got told to b***er off on the RDG(resolve)-Heathrow ones.

I have an ITSO smart card, very good bit of kit. Only downside however is the ability to easily defraud the bus companies by passing it round...

I tried my luck with my staff pass on the Bristol Airport coach but was told no on two occasions; haven't tried the LHR RailAir. Shall bare that one in mind though.

Bad me for digressing the topic in question..  Wink

Not so far off I aways thought IFF stand for Identification Friend or Foe and is fitted to RAF (Royal Air Force) aircraft.

It's obvious this card must be similar in that it identifies if you are a valid user on that particular bus. (Friend or Foe)

You know what eightf? I was thinking much the same thing about the abbreviation IFF. Comes from playing too many combat flight simulators on my PC!
