Which stations have the yellow button ones?

Basically they are replacing the old wessex help points, but the wessex help point have not been removed yet.

can i have a pic of it?

Dont have any pics.

basically its the standard 2 button help points but with an additional 3rd yellow button

Spotted it at Stonehouse the other week, with Anne announcing in it, aswell as the more advanced silver "ticking" one with Ruth announcing. Also rung up Pilning's help point. "There are no trains due to leave this platform in the next 99 minutes" If theres only on train a week in each direction, whats the point giving Pilning a help point?

Who knows! I guess there must be someone who would use it! once or twice a week!

Folks, can we please avoid the unnecessary use of the 'Quote' button when replying to a preceding post. 'Reply' will suffice unless you are quoting a post further up thread.

Thanks awfully,

Quote is fine, as long as you make the effort to delete the previously quoted items.

Indeed, quoting is particularly useful for those of with an active SMF (Simple Machines Forum - The software we use on this site) Killfile script... Wink

I shouldn't imagine there are a great many forum users who are using an 'SMF Killfile script', whatever one of those is.

Oh, and does this SMF Killfile script delete words from posts as well?

Sorry to bump  up the thread but, Why does Filton Abbey Wood have ticking help points when it already has announcements and departure screens?

Thanks,
Jim.

As a back up just incase the screens fail, which they often do at Filton.

Also, passengers can contact an advisor on the help points, they can't on the screens! Roll Eyes
