1. Paddington Station. Painted by Rupert Farquhar-Pemberton, as part of his community payback, July 2001.

William Huskisson MP▸ was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830. Many more have died in the same way since then. Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.

5. No idea where it is - but isn't there a certain irony, having an apparently trashed TVM▸ , right next to a penalty fares notice?

Correct it's Twyford. This was taken the evening after the mass TVM▸ attacks. There are usually 2 TVM's in this area.

4 is indeed Slough - sorry didn't see you had answered it. 2 is not Motherwell. It's not that far from Glasgow though - as a clue I have posted about going to this part of Scotland in the past

I saw this being painted and commented at the time as to why they were obviously a B1 and another LNER» loco on a GWR▸ station. Where's the tapered boiler and Belpaire firebox of most GW▸ engines? I also pionted out a howler in the FGW▸ pasenger magazine where they used clip art of a "Southern" pacific. No not a MN or WC▸ /BB which would have been bad enough, although their boiler would outsteam a King, but Southern USA.

No but trains do go from Exhibition Centre to this particular station, and would then terminate. Edit: because I confused myself =P
