somewhere between Westbury and Merehead quarry is my guess (but I admit it is a complete guess, based mainly on the whitish tinge to the bushes which, if it isn't frost, is probably stone dust)

Yes .... it's Wootten Bassett - view from a road bridge to the east of the juntion, looking further east towards Swindon.

Had I given you the view the other way ...



... it might have gone even quicker!
