"On the advice
the of
British Transport Police"
Shouldn't there also be a comma or some other punctuation after the word Police in that sentence?

What I want to know is how do you remove valuables from your car after you've locked it? Smash a window?

It is indeed Chippenham...
But there is a crucial error in the poster... As a hint, it would certainly not get you that A grade at GCSE
Apart from the typos, interesting route there... although last time I looked Temple Meads is still just down the road from me, they don't seem to have moved it to somewhere past Camarthen...

Some services to and from Bristol
TM

were included, as they were extended to or started from Cardiff. I suspect it is a statutory requirement to put posters up at every station where there are trains calling affected by the ban, so perfectly reasonable why there were posters at Chippenham.

Any ideas why on Friday 14 May when I was at Cardiff Central the departure boards were advising that all services on te Bargoed/Rhymney branch that day were dry...?

The upper valleys (above Bargoed/Pontypridd I think) are always shown as dry... as far as I know it's a byelaw to reduce anti-social behaviour.

correct. Even at 8am they are announced as dry at Cardiff Central. Does rather advertise the fact that the areas ahve their problems

Are we sure "dry" isn't Welsh for "late" or "delayed" or something?!
