You have correctly identified Chippenham and Bristol Temple Meads.  No. 4 is not Bristol Parkway (but perhaps they have an identical sign or similar geography there!)

might No 4 be another Parkway station - Didcot or Tiveton?

2. Melksham (hey, it's my local station - I would post a lot about Gunnislake if I lived there!)
3. Chippenham
4. Not yet identified, and not a station with "Parkway" in its name either
5. Temple Meads

Could the un-identified be Taunton, as I understand Graham, you were there recently, and of course, the station has recently been "done up" so to speak.
