Or, "bedlam" as it's also known.

I'm on the 17:15 Paddington - Swansea, just left Reading at 18:10. Buses from Didcot to Oxford and beyond.

Didcot Parkway station area - Update 15 at 1808

Technicians have managed to restore signalling. One track circuit failure
remains on the up line at Culham. Trains can run on all routes however
delays and alterations will still occur.
