Does anyone else suffer from Dell Computer advertising pop ups when using the National Rail website? Today it seems to be happening with almost every other click.

Yes, I have the same problem. I am on tabbed browsing, and have the departures board for Maidenhead up as I am getting the train soon. Even when I am on a different tab, that advert is appearing every few seconds.. Think there might be a problem with their site?

I'd recommend downloading a decent popup blocker. Tucows is the best place to search for one. I'd also suggest some anti-spyware software might be useful as well - everyone has their favourites, but to my mind the best of the free ones (and not just because of the nostalgic rail related name!) is Spybot S&D▸ http://www.tucows.com/preview/310138I don't normally visit it as I'm a National Express East Coast aficionado myself, but I've looked at the National Rail site a couple of times this morning as a result of this posting and haven't been popped up at so far... fingers crossed.... |

I've got Pop up blocker which can be turned off, even with it off, I don't have any Pop Up's occuring on the Natinal Rail Web site, would suggest you go into your PC control and delete Cookies.

I agree, especially pop ups, which are a particularly irritating method of trying to peddle your wares.
