This train has been revised. It will call additionally at: Pershore. It will no longer call at: Great Malvern, Malvern Link and Worcester Foregate Street. This is due to over-running engineering works. This train will be formed of 2 coaches instead of 8.

This train will be terminated at Worcester Foregate Street. It will no longer call at: Worcester Shrub Hill, Pershore, Evesham, Honeybourne, Moreton-In-Marsh, Kingham, Charlbury, Hanborough, Oxford, Reading and London Paddington. This is due to a problem with line-side equipment.

Chaos continued all morning, over-running engineering works and train stuck in tunnel according to FGW (First Great Western) station staff at Charlbury.

Charlbury: 0609 ran, 0637,0724 didnt run (cancelled or ran alternate route)  0748 was 60min late, 0833 was 65min late and 0938 was showing approx 20 late.

CIS (Customer Information System) screens either turned off or showing out of date or incorrect information as usual.

I went to London yesterday. I did think about going from Hereford, but then I thouht, you never know.... So I went from Cheltenham and was basically OK, except for delay at Southall caused by "extreme cold affecting lineside equipment". Is this basically frozen points?

The only problem I was aware of at Southall that day was a track circuit failure and not points related.
