It strikes me as "preserved" because of all the track and stock ... but further suggestions might be quite wild guesses.  You are - I think - saying "heritage but not West Somerset"?

Well, I'm not going to spoil anyone's fun - because I just don't know.  Roll Eyes

However, I can tell you where it isn't (to save you all the same amount of time I have just spent, searching to no effect)!

It isn't Bishops Lydeard (but I see your line of thinking, grahame,: there are several features similar to there!); nor is it Cranmore (East Somerset); nor Buckfastleigh or Staverton (South Devon); nor Grosmont, Levisham or Goathland (North Yorkshire Moors).

So, I just don't know.  It seems to be somewhere much smaller - in a cutting, or valley, surrounded by trees?
