FGW▸ has drawn up a special timetable for the four-day event, but trains will not be stopping at Penryn, Penmere and Perranwell during the daytime, and due to the short length of the platform at Falmouth Town, the longer trains provided cannot stop at all (links below.)

And even though they are putting on additional services from September 10-13, the turnaround will be short at either end and therefore there was not time to stop at other stations.
"I really think they should do something about it, but I'm not sure what they can now at the 11th hour.
"We shouldn't just be catering for visitors from Truro."
"Both the regatta organising committee and the maritime line forum have repeatedly expressed concern at the arrangement and requested that alternative transport from these stations be provided.
"We have also asked for the service around 7.30pm-8pm to stop at all stations and for later trains on Friday (when there are fireworks at 9.30pm) and Saturday."
"First Great Western said they would consider these requests. However their timetable shows that our concerns had not been addressed."
"It is simple logic; the trains could stop, but are not able to pick anyone up because they are full.
"We apologise to anyone who may be affected by this.
"What we have done is to keep the 9.30am and 4.30pm trains to cater for commuters and school traffic."
