07:38 Paignton to London Paddington due 11:42
This train has been revised. It will additionally call at: Bristol Parkway. It will no longer call at: Bath Spa, Chippenham, Swindon, Reading and London Paddington. This train will run short formed with 2 carriages between Exeter St Davids and Bristol Parkway. This is due to a train fault.

Just seen calling at Nailsea, and yep, it's a Class 142.

after working exeter to parkway to connect with the 10.30 padd it then worked a local parkway to btm because the 150/1 failed at btm.a single 153 then took over at btm so the 142 could return home

Was this the 10:13 ex Bath? If so I caught the cancellation on my traffic radio from Radio Bristol travelling down the M4/5 to Exemouth.

Where I spent several hours watching the trains at Star Cross from my Uncle's front room overlooking the esturary at Exemouth. Caught a couple of two set 142s and the usual FGW (First Great Western) HSTs (High Speed Train) and XC (Cross Country Trains (franchise)) vomiters plus an SWT (South West Trains) 159. Also saw 3 66s Sheds one EWS (English Welsh & Scottish Railway Ltd, now known as DB Schenker Rail (UK (United Kingdom))) LE going West one EWS on westbound tanks and one Freightliner on eastbound tanks. Both sets of tanks 4 wheelers not sure if oil, cement or clay.

It called at all the booked stops and no more as far as Temple Meads and then worked up to Parkway to connect with a South Wales to London service.

And again today:

07:38 Paignton to London Paddington due 11:42
This train will be terminated at Swindon. It will no longer call at: Reading and London Paddington. This train will run short formed with 2 carriages between Exeter St Davids and Bristol Temple Meads. This is due to an earlier train fault.

This train will have 4 carriages between Bristol Temple Meads and Swindon.

The WNXX (Stored Unserviceable, Mainline Locos HQ All Classes) forum is reporting that it'll be a Pacer from Paignton which will couple to a 150 at Bristol TM(resolve).

142030 went to Bristol with apparently 150/1 coupling at Temple Meads.

Failure of 43151 on 1A85 0541 PNZ-PAD» (Paddington (London) - next trains) at Plymouth meant the stock for the HST (High Speed Train) was nabed for 1Z85 0849 EXD» (Exeter St Davids - next trains)-PAD
