1) On which date did Bicester Town station re-open, and by which name was it known at the time of its closure in the late 1960's?

2) According to the version of the DfT» (Department for Transport - about) franchise specification available to the public, how many services are required to call at Parson Street on Monday-Fridays?

3) Why does one of FGW▸ (First Great Western)'s Class 143 units sport a plain blue livery, and what is its number?

3) 143617 Got graffiti attacked and it was thought cheaper to relivery it in blue rather than Bristol vinyls.

I was asked this by FOSBR▸ (Friends of Suburban Bristol Railways) the other day, so I thought I'd chuck it in. Anyone want to hazard a guess?

Correct. Re-opening date was 11 May 1987.

William Huskisson MP▸ (Member of Parliament, or Mile Post - a method of measuring the railway in miles and chains from a starting point - usually London, depending on context) was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830.  Many more have died in the same way since then.  Don't take a chance: Stop, Look, Listen.
