Graham, and others, are probably better able to respond to this.

A delay on one train isn't as simple to continue your journey automatically on the next train either.

You'd think the EU» (European Union - about) could sort this all out?.... Huh

I’ve discovered Rail Europe App and so far it’s been the best of a bad bunch to use.

And it's more expensive than using individual country apps or websites.

Hint, to book a reservation on Deutsche ShieseBahn it is cheaper to use ÖBB Scotty. Explain that one EU» (European Union - about).

I take back my previous comment.
Planning a journey for next week and my destination doesn’t exist on Rail Europe.

Can anybody advise the app I need for Poland? And Slovakia?

I have for PKP Rozklad and for Slovakia IDeme Vlakom. I haven't used either app for buying tickets, just journey planning and live departure boards.
