It will no longer call at London Paddington, Reading, Didcot Parkway, Oxford, Hanborough, Charlbury, Kingham, Moreton-In-Marsh, Honeybourne, Evesham, Pershore and Worcestershire Parkway Hl.
This is due to a fault with the signalling system.

And after those two cancellations as far as services from London/Oxford to the Cotswolds are concerned:

GWR (Great Western Railway) Ticket acceptance with West Midlands Railway on th 21.28 Great Malvern to Birmingham New Street service. Change for the Avanti 22.56 Birmingham New Street to London Euston.

21:46 London Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill due 00:01 will be terminated at Oxford.
This is due to a shortage of train crew.
Further Information
Customers are requested to check the stations Onward Travel Information poster and wait for replacement road transport at the designated stop. Customers are advised that the replacement road transport may run later than the advertised train times owing to the additional time taken by road between stations and the time required for loading and unloading at each stop.
Rail replacement transport has been requested to run from Oxford to Worcester Shrubb Hill . T.B.C
