OK, what I hadn't spotted on that was the use of a 5-car set on 1W05 1953 London Paddington to Hereford. Deduct two points.

Which meant that this morning's 1P02 0523 Hereford to London Paddington was a 5-car.

And the same set will work
    1W02 1152 London Paddington to Hereford
    1P05 1518 Hereford to London Paddington (very busy from Oxford)
    1W36 1857 London Paddington to Great Malvern (very busy)

A few from the last couple of days:

Fri 25 April

1453 Paddington to Worcester Foregate Street cancelled between London Paddington and Slough due to a points failure (IB) and  cancelled between Oxford and Worcester Foregate Street due to unknown cause (ZW)

1726 Worcester Foregate Street to Paddington cancelled between Worcester Foregate Street and Oxford due to unknown cause (ZW) and was cancelled between Reading and London Paddington due to an issue with the train crew (TG)

Sun 27 April

0844 Paddington to Great Malvern cancelled between London Paddington and Worcester Shrub Hill due to an issue with the train crew (TH)

0858 Great Malvern to London Paddington was cancelled due to the train operator's request (TB)

1312 Worcester Foregate Street to London Paddington was cancelled due to an issue with the train crew (TH)

Tuesday 29 April

This is due to a fault with the signalling system.

2E16 18:51 Evesham to Oxford cancelled throughout
both "due to unknown cause (ZW)" according to RTT» (Real Time Trains - website).

Saturday May 3

1W02 1150 London Paddington to Hereford was cancelled after Worcester Shrub Hill
1P31 15:18 Hereford to London Paddington was started from Shrub Hill
both "due to trespass (XA)" according to RTT» (Real Time Trains - website).

Later:
1P31 15:18 Hereford to London Paddington was started from Shrub Hill (+30), arrived Reading +37 and was cancelled thereafter.

A points failure:

2E80 0700 Worcester Shrub Hill to Didcot was held at Shrub Hill (+34), arrived Oxford +31 and was cancelled thereafter.
