Could be Paddington or Bristol ... so has to be "London to Bristol" board.

https://www.londonreconnections.com/2024/the-curious-case-of-platform-14-at-paddington/

https://engine-shed.co.uk/spaces/platform-14/

Where else is there a platform 14?

There is also a Platform 14 at Reading - but it's a "real" working platform!

I had not realised that Platform 14 at Paddington was now seldom used. It was something of a cause for complaint by regular users of suburban trains from the stations between Tilehurst and Cholsey that their direct trains dropped them off so far from the concourse there, or that they could be held near the gate on the concourse and then face a long hurried canter to the Platform when the train was only announced/the gate opened shortly before the advertised departure time.

"There is not much point in going to platform 14 because, as far as we can tell, no passenger train in service is ever scheduled to arrive or depart from this platform on a regular basis".

That statement is not true, there in the peaks a number of Didcot services booked there, it does come into its own when Elizbeth services are diverted into the main line station.

Platform 14 and the now non existent 13 were through Met line platforms before the alterations in the early 1960's  14 and 15 being the platforms where the WR suburban's terminated at what was known at one time as Bishops Bridge station

Indeed there is a arrival and departure pair of Didcot semis @ platform 14 around the time I am writing this (12:50 & 13:08) - at least accoring to Realtime Trains.

Also stops at Platform 14 @ Reading.
