The article itself might prompt a few people to make the journey from some of the "missing" stations. Day out in Northampton? I'm not really aware of it being a tourist hot-spot.....but all towns tend to have their little surprises.

A trip to Northampton and a meeting there changed my life. Big surprise.

I know to what grahame refers: that was a great meeting.

William Huskisson MP▸ was the first person to be killed by a train while crossing the tracks, in 1830. Many more have died in the same way since then. Don't take a chance: stop, look, listen.
"Level crossings are safe, unless they are used in an unsafe manner." Discuss.

That's maybe because you don't know the detail of grahame's reference.

I know to what grahame refers: that was a great meeting. This thread came back up this afternoon ... and I am watching "The Holiday" on TV. Funny times.
