Possibly the points related to the "outer" platform at Newbury Racecourse. Tend to be used on race days and if they are watering a steamer.

It is the crossover to the east of Newbury station itself which trains use to reach the bay platform.

I have noticed on recent trips here west of Reading that the particularly profuse vegetation growth this spring and summer has seen a lot of vegetation encroaching towards the running lines and overhead wires too. Another maintenance issue for NR^» (Network Rail - home page)?
