I can't answer any of the remaining, but:

a) It is an excellent idea for a quiz.

b) Disappointed not to see Platform 2 in Temple Meads not being represented here.

c) I would be pretty certain at least one, if not more, of the heads of the valleys in south Wales is here, especially number 14, but I've never travelled to the ends of any of them yet.
