Has anyone ever taken a journey between two stations separated by a Levenshtein distance of just 1?

Just after the WWII (World War 2 - 1939 to 1945), passenger trains ran from the main line on to the Bicester Military Railway, that is largely extant.

Most services were from Oxford but on certain days one could catch a train from Paddington to Piddington.

Parson Street to Parson Green?

Distance of three ... change S to G, remove t, change t to n.  But close.   Is it "Parson Green" or "Parsons Green"?

Looking at the platform signage of these two current stations: One and Two, the Levenshtein distance between them is less than 1.

Well, I could say I’ve done Sheffield to Shenfield, Stroud to Strood, Hove to Hope (X2), Fareham to Wareham, Deal to Dean, Diss to Liss, Gatley to Batley, Parton to Barton (on Humber), Poole to Goole, Wanborough to Hanborough , Swindon to Swinton (X2), and the best one  Strines to Staines……

In 2014 I travelled from Bookham to Cookham for the Let's Rock the Moor! festival featuring Kim Wilde, ABC, Chas & Dave, Nik Kershaw, Alexander O'Neal, Sonia and other acts.
