Besides, the patch of grass in the pic could do with some seed and a dose of weedkiller for more 'green-ness'.

I don't know where it is but I reckon the boundary wall of the houses on the right was built in the 1980s judging by its appearance.  (Apologies for going off-topic from the original question.)

Correct!

Going to be a regular stop while visiting Mumsy in Burham-on-Sea Hospital.

Surprisingly good connection from the train from Taunton onto the bus to Burham, with the stop being a couple minutes away. Said stop is in the spot where the S&DJR (Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway) branch to Burham-on-Sea used to cross the A38 on Church St, Highbridge.

Thought I remembered it from yonks ago when I used to go there with my ex girlfriend to visit her family who lived nearby.
