Ongoing "person hit by train" toll

There seems to have been a number of these incidents in the past few days.

Indeed ...

I have split this discussion from the original thread ( http://www.passenger.chat/6526 ) because that topic is where people who need help are directed and in my (editorial rights Wink

) view we want them to find help. A discussion how common their problem is ... is welcome and needed in the generality of the forum, but IMHO^▸ probably not best "promoted to them when looking for assistance.

I am probably being pedantic with the split ... but if there's an even an improbable chance of it making just one difference, I felt it should be done.
