Should be an easy one - but google maps (other online mapping tools are available!) will not help.

Please give location and mileage by rail from London.

Looks like narrow gauge, possibly double track?

What I can say, though, is that it definitely isn't Taunton. Grin

Interested in why "mileage from London by Rail" is asked.
* Is it close - Wat Tyler Park or New Barn Railway?
* Is it an exact distance such as 100 miles to the Furzebook Clay line? Or Shillingstone?
* Is it via the Channel Tunnel?
* Have I loosed three arrows and the target and am so far out that the arrows have flown around the outside?

Approx 199 MP^▸ from W’loo.
Meldon Quarry looking down from the adjacent Granite Way cycle track to the now rusting disused former Down and Up Main lines, latterly MQ reception lines now in NR^» ownership and naturally rewilding as sadly are the two miles to Okehampton.
