1A78 0825 Plymouth to London Paddington seemed to have reached somewhere between Heywood Road junction and Lavington (just past Westbury), but now turned back to Westbury.

1C77 1002 London Paddington to Penzance seems to have ground to a halt between Lavington and Heywood Road junction, with 1C78 and 1C79 playing merry go around at Woodborough.

The disruption is continuing but the routes through Pewsey, Castle Cary, and the down line through Chippenham reopened mid afternoon.    Alderton Tunnel (between Swindon and Bristol Parkway) is still partly flooded but one line is now open.

A lot ot of stock and staff in the wrong places taking a while to sort.
