According to RTT» (Real Time Trains - website):

1W01 09:50 London Paddington to Hereford was 9 late at Foregate St and got in the way of
1P23 11:55 Great Malvern to London Paddington, which left Foregate St +10 and arrived Paddington +21.

Meanwhile, two more:

This is due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time.

According to RTT» (Real Time Trains - website), 1W11 05:53 London Paddington to Great Malvern was cancelled after Shrub Hill "due to a problem with the traction equipment". This would normally form 1P22 08:56 Great Malvern to London Paddington.

As a result of the above cancellation and delay (which departed Oxford 52 minutes late), the 06:43 Worcester Shrub Hill to Paddington train was the first up service on the Cotswolds Line this morning. It was a five car short-formation!

1P02 05:23 Hereford to London Paddington ran behind 1P16 06:43 Worcester Shrub Hill to London Paddington. 1P02 was held at Norton (+44) and Charlbury (+55); it arrived Paddington +52.

Pity that the five cars of the cancelled 05:14 from Shrub Hill couldn't have been added to the 06:43 departure.
