Following a boat colliding with a bridge between Plymouth and Saltash, all lines have now reopened.

Disruption is expected until 17:00 17/05.

Train services between London Paddington and Penzance via Plymouth are returning to normal.

"All lines are blocked"?  I guess it is standard text even though the bridge is single track.

However what this is supposed to mean, I have no idea...

Impact:
Train services running to and from these stations will be cancelled. Disruption is expected until 17:30 17/05.

Network rail cut a signalling cable on the Paignton line whilst carrying out maintenance

Seriously, if anything sucks near Starcross it's GWR^▸ (Great Western Railway)'s Twitter message template for disruption. Also, starting a sentence with 'Due  to' needs to get in the sea.
