Plymouth liveA couple living in a former train station decided to put its old waiting room to use and transformed it into a luxury, private-hire swimming pool. Jacqueline and Tim Selwood moved from Surrey to The Old Luckett Station in 2017 for a complete life change.
After noticing the closure of local swimming pools, Jacqueline wanted to make use of their spare space, and with a lot of hard work, opened The Waiting Room Pool on March 24. Its facilities include a fully renovated private heated swimming pool and a hot tub, changing rooms with a shower and views overlooking the beautiful Tamar Valley and Dartmoor National Park.
