It isn’t and is causing all kinds of problems on the Berks and Hants.

Spare a thought for those who had the misfortune to travel on the 17.03 Paddington to Penzance currently running a whopping 194 minutes late!

The 16.35 Paddington to Plymouth terminated at Westbury 148 minutes late.
