I have expanded one of each "type" of report.  Is this a normal situation?  Type of event and volume thereof?  I have no prior view of normality against which to compare.

Noting that the only ticket offices listed are operated by GWR (Great Western Railway), does this mean that there and no issues in TfW land at stations GWR serve, nor in the overlap territory where SWR» (South Western Railway - about) provide the facilities?

It does seem a lot more than normal. I suspect that with ticket offices closed? over the two day bank holiday that ticket machine use has caused them to run out of ticket blanks.

If it is because of ticket stock running out then that's poor planning.

I mean, the double bank holiday must've crept up on GWR (Great Western Railway) without warning.

Every Thursday evening a centralised inventory is taken of ticket machines that are reporting running low on stock or having problems and the stations responsible are informed on the Friday.  If 2 members of staff (for security reasons) aren't available to go out to remote stations and restock though...
