I presume that means cross country FGW▸ (First Great Western)  and the Virgin trains in North Wales will still run.

No. GWR▸ (Great Western Railway) have cancelled all services in Wales http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/coffeeshop/index.php?topic=26038.msg318693#msg318693

Maybe I should have said Avanti West Coast,I just can't keep up with all these TOC▸ (Train Operating Company) changes.
