My first thought was Brecon Mountain Railway for 5, knowing they have a similar looking locomotive there. But the number was wrong (think their’s was No.2).

Found a match at the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Co. & Museum in Portland, USA, so I reckon that could be the answer for 5.

I’ve no idea on 10 or 18!  Over to you stuving

Thanks to the hint that 10 isn't in the UK^▸ (United Kingdom), it is surely in Eire because of the style of the old Ordnance Survey mapping.  But I don't know where it is in that country.

No - read what I actually wrote.    It's not Penhelig but it's just as fitting, and beautiful in its own way. Probably one of the 10 I'll be voting for.
