From Journeycheck
Cancellations to services between Plymouth and Truro
Due to engineering works not being finished on time between Plymouth and Truro all lines are blocked.
Train services running through these stations will be cancelled. Disruption is expected until 10:00 13/11.

It was 09h00, now back to 10h00.

Also on Journeycheck
Cancellations to services between Truro and Falmouth Docks
Due to a fault with the signalling system between Truro and Falmouth Docks the line is closed.
Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled. Disruption is expected until 10:30 13/11.

Surely the Falmouth branch could be run with one unit on a shuttle service?

Looking at OpenTrainTimes there does appear to be a slow limited movement, so are these units being talked past the engineering works I wonder?

Broken down engineering train at some point meant late hand back
I presume the T3 was taken at Liskeard to close the line south of there so the broken down engineering train may well have been this one which passed Liskeard just shy of 4¾hrs late and got later and later on its journey to Westbury Down TC (Train Crew, or Travelling Chef, depending on context) where it arrived 6hrs 55mins late:
https://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/service/gb-nr:U36905/2021-11-13/detailed

This in turn meant that 1C50 (Night Riviera, 2345 Paddington to Penzance) arrived Plymouth on-time at 0511 but sat there for nearly 4 hours before continuing. https://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/service/gb-nr:G59202/2021-11-12/detailed

Seems to have caused quite a few hefty delays does that engineering train.
