Some easier than others. Where were we?

Probably wrong as so many Pumpkins outlets look the same these days, but having been in one particular one myself half a dozen times in the last couple of weeks, I am going to stick my neck out and suggest..............

I was at number 10 the other day - I won't give it away - but goodness me doesn't it need some TLC (three letter code ).  Paint falling from the ceiling, floor surface not good in the wet - even a broom to tackle the cobwebs would be an improvement!

I thought similar. Roof was leaking too.
