There are some very large bridge pieces and other construction pieces in the field next to the bridge. There's also a small army in that field ready to do battle. Hopefully the recent lovely weather hasn't delayed anything.
That can be a very wet area as the name implies Moreton is in a Marsh.
What you really need to look out for is the 7-day blockade, from 29th May to 4th June, of the line from Moreton In Marsh to Worcester. That's for "WORK = George OWW▸ 111m55ch-111m55ch Deck Reconstruction": replacing the little bridge over George Lane, just before Pershore.
I normaly take a weekley walk that goes past the end of George lane in Wyre. Next time I am out that way I will go and have a look. It is not possible for the next couple of days due to flooding.
