SDO2 will start on first day of new timetable.

TGS and SC will ALWAYS be platformed


On Up services, drivers of correctly formed trains are to use the "HST (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units))" makers provided. If wrong way round, stop with TGS platformed

On down services, drivers of correctly formed trains are to stop with TGS at front of platform (as per wrong way on up), if wrong way round then they will need to use the "HST" markers provided.

Jim,

That explains something I had noticed at stations on the Cotswold Line this morning, as I was puzzled to see that the new HST (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)) stop markers Worcester-bound are too far off the end of the platform for the TGS to be platformed, but I now see they only come into play with a reverse formation.

Will just have to wait to see what happens at Moreton-in-Marsh in reverse though, as the starting signal protecting the single line to Evesham and the token machine used by drivers are at the end of the platform, so it may still be stop with first class and two standards on and shunt forward if someone needs to get a bike from the TGS, or ensure any bikes are in the front power car on leaving Oxford.

Rarely, if ever, a problem as the cycling fraternity tend to use Kingham and Charlbury - and the really clever ones have a bike to get from home to the station, with another ready and waiting at Oxford to get to work...

Ah, forgot to mention that the "reverse formation" rules only apply if operations allow (i.e signals)

at certain stations like worcester forgate street and few other stations bikes are to be put in coach E  and then tranfered to TGS at a suitable station.

Camborne will have a problem on the up.
Trains always stop at the signal meaning the TGS is off the platform and there are no HST (High Speed Train (Inter City class 43 125 units)) markers so I imagine they will be put in E there as well.
