Plum festival is at Pershore, so that must be 11.
The only time I went there I couldn't find a single plum to buy.

From the clue rather than the picture ... I'm suspecting that No. 8 may be on the line from Cheltenham Spa to the Midlands that's now the Gloucestershire and Warwick Railway.
