Where did Phil's Rail Madventures take me today? This should be very simple.....

Posted partly as a test to see if my embedded images can be seen (google drive appears to have changed the sharing attributes!). I have also attached the same picture. Please let me know whether you can see the embedded image.

I can see both images.

Shot in the dark as to location but it sort of reminds me of where the services pass each other on the Tarka (Branch line from Barnstaple to Exeter) Line....Eggesford?

That is good, thank you. I've had to change my image hosting from google drive to photobucket because of permission issues.

18 hours and 100+ views, but still only two replies and I thought it was easy!

OK - a clue.  It is obviously a GWR (Great Western Railway) Class 150 in the picture. The service is being operated by GWR, but is not actually on GWR metals.

Might it be the route learning turn on the Yeovil Exeter line? However I cannot place the location

Is there a bonus point for guessing it might be 5Z30, 1528 Exeter TMD (Traction Maintenance Depot) - Castle Cary 1740?

However, I'm struggling to identify which of the loops it is on that part of The Mule.  Huh

I'll take another punt...

Is it one of the following. Pinhoe, Axminster East, Axminster West, Chard Junction or Yeovil Junction?
