Yes but he's thrown a curveball by using the 'no reverse shunting' gambit. That wouldn't happen if we stuck to Stockton & Darlington Rules...

Under the revised Tobermory's Strategm, amended for the pandemic, a reverse shunt is allowed, but only if you're wearing a face mask.
