Not so long back the XC (Cross Country Trains (franchise)) service on Summer Saturdays from Edinburgh to Newquay was advertised as calling at the following Cornish stations, Par, St Blazey (Closed in the 1920's), Goonbarrow Junction (NEVER a passenger station) and Newquay.

Being the little Demon I is, whilst at Derby I asked for a single ticket to Goonbarrow at the Ticket window, caused all sorts of confusion.  Grin Grin
