..or Falmouth, as a Google search reveals the local council has had a campaign to encourage the use of such bags? My guess would be Docks rather than Town station

A correct guess ... This is on the wall that separates platform 1 from Ranelagh Road.  Less seen than it deserves as it's on the road not the rail side of the wall, and in a direction that few visitors walk when they arrive by train.
