Cancellations to services between Oxford and Worcester Shrub Hill

Due to a broken down train earlier today between Oxford and Worcester Shrub Hill fewer trains are able to run.

Train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised. Disruption is expected until 11:30 17/09.

A little disruption but certainly nothing significant:

06:50 London Paddington to Great Malvern due 09:31 will be terminated at Worcester Shrub Hill.
It will no longer call at Worcester Foregate Street, Malvern Link and Great Malvern.
It is being delayed at Moreton-in-Marsh.
This is due to a fault on this train.

08:25 Worcester Foregate Street to London Paddington due 10:57 will be started from Oxford.
It will no longer call at Worcester Foregate Street, Worcester Shrub Hill, Pershore, Evesham, Honeybourne, Moreton-in-Marsh, Kingham, Charlbury and Hanborough.
This is due to this train being late from the depot.

Due to a broken down train between Didcot Parkway and Oxford the line towards Oxford is blocked

Train services running through these stations may be delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised. Disruption is expected until 21:00 19/09.

Main casualty being:

17:52 London Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill due 20:10 will be terminated at Oxford.
It will no longer call at Hanborough, Charlbury, Shipton, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Evesham, Pershore and Worcester Shrub Hill.
This is due to a fault on a train in front of this one.

which seems to have been static at Culham for over an hour (and, according to a post on Twitter is reversing back towards Didcot)

The following 18:22 Paddington to Hereford service was 32 minutes late through Didcot North, and departed Oxford 47 late.

As for the 19:22 PAD^» (Paddington (London) - next trains):HFD^» (Hereford - next trains):

19:22 London Paddington to Hereford due 22:54 will be diverted between Reading and Worcester Shrub Hill.
It will no longer call at Oxford, Hanborough, Charlbury, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Honeybourne, Evesham and Pershore.
It is being delayed between Reading and Worcester Shrub Hill and is now expected to be 1 minute late.

The 17:52 finally reached Oxford 108 minutes late. Presumably those wanting to travel on to the Cotswolds will have to join those decanted from the 19:22 at Reading on the 20:22 Paddington to Great Malvern.

I'm on the 10:45 Great Malvern - Paddington. Currently 95 late.

Well at first the report was someone was hit by a train at a crossing point near Malvern Link, a sign at Foregate street said there was a fatality. Local people in Malvern began telling stories in the shops of a man dragged along by a train and died later. That then changed and the news is no one was hit. A man was chasing his dog and the driver thought he hit him so stopped. Long knock on delays.

Meanwhile, the 07:22 Paddington - Great Malvern had problems between Moreton-in-Marsh and Honeybourne, arrived at Shrub Hill 35 late and was cancelled from there to Great Malvern, with RTT^» (Real Time Trains - website) reporting this as being "due to the train operator's request (TB)".

The return working was cancelled in its entirety:

10:45 Great Malvern to London Paddington due 13:28 will be cancelled.
This is due to a fault on this train.
