I will go for Alsager for the first letter A. The station flower beds are well looked after there.

Wow ...that is the one that I thought would be very much the hardest to get.  Goodness me - congratulations on that.

Conwy and Howth are right too.  All that'e needed to complete the quiz is a P.

Spot on ... a really bad pun there!.  Hope you've enjoyed interpreting the message, and that your Christmas Day has been more than you hoped.   Terribly conscious that for some, it's a tough day but even if you're one of those it can be better than you had expected ... hope that's been the case and for those who enjoy the whole thing, I hope you did so on all cylinders.

Last Christmas for us was ... not happy.  We booked to relive the previous Christmas, but that had been the the last with Dad; we'd gone to the big town Assembly Hall Christmas dinner and helped - though they really had too much help.  But repeated, it was miserable - not for others and the fantastic team, but for us, and this year we gave up 'our' places in ton for quietly at home.  Lunch was Turkey Rogon ...  But a good and happy Christmas; if you wonder about all the time I have been here online, Lisa has been updating / designing an App, and we are watching "First Dates" on the TV (Thames Valley) ... commenting whether we think people will make it.  For anyone disappointed - look forward to next year.  And you have 364 normal days to enjoy first!

Oh good grief - have I managed to screw up.   Thinking about it, I think I have; as I recall, Prestatyn is an island platform with a monstrous accessible slope bridge.
