I just noticed that we have 12 members with "Western...." handles.
What Western handle would you choose, and why? (Sounds like a question for the guy to ask on "Take me Out")
I suspect I might choose "Western Campaigner" or "Western Partnership" ... others such as "Western Cynic" and "Western Passenger" remain available.

I'd have to go for Western Campaigner too. Not because I am one, but because D1010 is the only one whose cab I've sat in and ridden behind.

Given my enjoyment for global 'Madventures', I must choose D1002 'Western Explorer'.
I think grahame is more D1055 'Western Advocate'

I have family links to the West Country and make annual forays to the far west, so feel the best I could claim to be is "Western Imposter"

With my birthplace being in Plaistow, I could only credibly have "West Hammer" as my handle. At least, as with our railways, a bit of inexplicable hope is required.

In that case, given where I was born, it has to be Western Avenue (A40 to close firends).

If it's on origins, it would have to be London North Western.

Enterprise it has to be... As in what an enterprise the GWR▸ was. Different in many respects to all the other railway companies through the ages....

As my father's family left the west country for Berkshire in the 19th century, the best I could do would be "Western Ancestors"

Coming from Reading, as one does, I nearly chose Western Elms Avenue, but it's the other side of town...
