Yes, you can see it down in some of the stills in the report.

Oh sorry. Don't think so.  Reports elsewhere state the train was stopped earlier in it journey after smoke was reported entering the carriage.  The driver examined it and it was decided to lock it out of use and the journey continued.  Suggestions elsewhere are that it was caused by an overheating axlebox and that it had been reported several times over the preceeding week, with no fault found.
